Designed for either pre or post close — our Application Platform advisory services is appropriate for those lower middle market Targets (i.e., generally annual revenues under $15M) with virtually no IT capabilities to assess, but the transaction economics identify IT investment parameters to be validated.
The best, practical approach for validating those investment parameters is to identify 2-3 potential commercial application product and infrastructure configurations which would appropriately support the Target’s current and future business operations.
Our independent application screening activity, which does not seek follow-on implementation services participation, ensures that no application or infrastructure bias exists. To-date, our suggested recommendations have always been internally actionable by the Target without the need for continuing, external involvement.
